Reporting an Issue
When you report issues to Ericom Support, we will scrutinize each issue and try to provide a solution at the earliest possible time*.

* Ensure that your customer serial number is entered in the body of the message prior to the submitting of your question and that you hold a valid maintenance agreement.
A valid maintenance agreement ensures Technical Support and Software Updates for your PowerTerm software.
