Dear friends and supporters of Ericom Software,

I am thrilled to announce that Ericom has been successfully acquired by Cradlepoint, part of Ericsson! This is a significant milestone for our #OneEricom team and an exciting opportunity for us to scale our mission-critical zero trust services to enterprises and government agencies around the world.

Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to everyone who has been involved in our company. From our employees, customers, partners, and board members, we couldn’t have achieved this milestone without your support. Thank you for believing in our vision and trusting us with your time, resources, and faith.

I would also like to take this opportunity to reflect on the journey that brought us here. We started Ericom Software with a vision of providing a cutting-edge, cloud cybersecurity platform to deliver a global, cloud-native service for businesses of all sizes. Our team has worked tirelessly to develop our product, build relationships with our customers, and grow our company.

Our company has been defined not only by a lean startup culture but also by a set of shared values integral to our #OneEricom culture. These values have been our true north and have guided us in our decision-making, interactions with each other, and our service to our customers. We celebrate a value system of customer first, teamwork, accountability, communication, and integrity.

Our culture has been a key factor in our success as a company, and I am proud to say that it will continue to be a priority for us as we move forward under Cradlepoint, leading the charge for Ericsson’s Enterprise Wireless Solutions business unit. We are thrilled to be part of their team and are committed to maintaining our culture of excellence, innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction while embracing new opportunities and challenges.

As we move forward with this new venture, we remain unwavering in our commitment to delivering high-quality products and services our customers and partners, building strong relationships with them, as well as our employees.

We will now be able to leverage Cradlepoint’s expertise and resources to expand our reach and impact. We are excited to integrate our zero trust services with Cradlepoint’s Wireless WAN edge and private cellular network products, to secure and connect large enterprises and government agencies around the world.

In conclusion, I am grateful for this opportunity and excited about the future of our company. I look forward to seeing what we can achieve together in this new chapter of our journey, guided by our #OneEricom values.
