No Downloader After Java Update

Since updating java on our client machines, nothing happens when users click the Application Zone.  We used to get the downloader, but nothing happens at all now.  Has anyone seen this?

We have identified an issue with the PowerTerm WebConnect Java Downloader when Java version 7 Update 51 is installed on the client machine.  Please follow the link below to resolve this issue.
