In PowerTerm WebConnect 5.8.4 there is a known issue where a session disconnected from the HTML5 client could not be reconnected to by the Application Zone native client (by pressing Reconnect button). The user would receive the error "The connection Ericom AccessNow Client is not defined".
This issue has been resolved in PowerTerm WebConnect 5.8.4 using the AccessServer 3.2 component.
Note: steps to reproduce this issue:
1) From PTWC App Portal launch a seamless application (that is delivered via the Load Balancer)
2) Close the TAB in the browser (not from the application)
3) Login to Application Zone and you will see a Disconnected session
4) Try to open the Disconnect session and the attached error is returned: "The connection Ericom AccessNow Client is not defined".
