cannor teach licence server in vista when clicking on activation tab

Dear "Ericom support".
I am very happy with your rdp acceleration program.

Alter evaluating I have to enter a key.

However, I cannot reach the licence server.

The licence server is running and can be stopped and started using
your application.

However on clicking the activation tab the program gives the
message that the activation server is down.

See the TWO print-screens below.
Can you help me to solve this ?

Hello Rinus,

Thank you for contacting the Ericom.
As previously said in the CA0000025636 ticket, somehing is blocking the licensing server and RDP ports (3389, 8888). 
Please check PC and try to disable any software that might block ports, like a firewall or and antivirus software suite.
If this doesn't help, you might want to consider testing the software on another PC and see if the issues still occurs.
Please reply to the latest email I have sent you and we will try to help you in any way we can.
