Hi.

We are currently trialing access now and access portal to connect to an RDS environment.
When I try to connect to the AccessPortal, I get the error above.

Any idea how to solve it ?

Thanks,
Marco

Hello Marco,

Thank you for opening this thread and notifying us about the error you are receiving.
Regarding issue you are having, please note that in order to connect with SSL you need to install and configure a trusted certificate (as indicated in the manual), if you try to connect with SSL and the self signed certificate that comes with the installation, you receive the message that you reported (because the web browsers do not allow it). To disable the SSL click the Settings icon in the login dialog.

If you need further assistance, please contact us at ca [@] ericom.com

Kind regards,
Cristian
