Error: An item with the same key has already been added"

I am playing with AccessNow for Citrix and have installed AccessPortal and Access Server.  When I try to login at AccessPortal, I get this error.

Hi, make sure your settings are correct in the Settings.xml file.
These are the four lines to verify:

<ServerType>Citrix</ServerType>

<Server>farm-address.com</Server>

<Port>80</Port>

Verify that <ClientAddress>/AppPortal/AccessNow</ClientAddress> is set to <ClientAddress>/AccessNow</ClientAddress>

Notes:
* The "ServerType" is case sensitive - make sure it is a 'C'
* "Server" represents the address of the Citrix XML, you can find this in the Citrix Web Interface
* Port is the XML port, usually 80 or 8080 (HTTPS is currently not supported, but should be in a future version)
