Since upgrading from 7.2, remote printing seems to stop working perodiically

I have tried to email Ericom 3 times this week for a solution to this problem and no one will email me back, so I am posting here hoping for some assistance.  Since upgrading from AccessNow 7.2 to 7.5, remote printing will stop working after a period of time.  The time seems to be random but usually around 12 hours or so.  The only way to get remote printing to work again is to restart the Ericom AccessNow service.  If I go back to 7.2, I don't have the problem.  I am running AccessNow on a Windows 2008 R2 server.  I have went ahead and installed the HP universal driver and made it the default driver using the added line in the blaze.txt file.  Still no luck.

Help?
