Citrix project Delaware Delay Confirmed

SHARE:

Citrix have confirmed that the release of project Delaware (“XenApp 5.0″) has been delayed. A post on the Citrix community site states: “I can’t be specific on the exact release date but I can say that it will be out in the second half of 2008.” Previously Citrix had announced that project Delaware will be released within 90 days of the release of Windows Server 2008 (which was released on February 27th, 2008). Assuming Citrix is able to deliver on its updated schedule this time, the first version of XenApp that supports Windows Server 2008 will be released close to one year after Ericom’s PowerTerm WebConnect was certified by Microsoft for Windows Server 2008.
