Sales Manager

The Sales Manager is responsible to achieve Ericom’s sales revenues targets by identifying, managing and closing sales opportunities. The role involves cultivating positive working relationships with Ericom’s customers and channel partners to achieve sales targets as defined and to work proactively to expand the number of Ericom customers across the territory. Actively pursuing customers and conducting calls, presentations, meetings, negotiations, as needed, in order to bring opportunities to a positive closure. Experience and proven ability to perform in a multi-cultural environment


    Ericom is looking for a Sales manager to join our EMEA sales team.

    • Take a proactive leading role in the selling of Ericom related product and services through out the territories to customers and prospects
    • Act as the principle point of contact for all customers and sales related activities within the territories as required.
    • Proactively identify, quantify, manage and secure end user opportunities and relationships for Ericom Software within the territories
    • Provide sales support to partners, resellers and customers as required within the territory.
    • Provide on-site/office presentations to personnel at customers and prospects as required within the territories.

    • At least 5 years of experience in executing direct sales to large enterprises, with proven, successful track record of generating significant revenue and closing long term business.
    • Experience in selling enterprise software solutions, preferably in the security arena.
    • Experience in selling Application Security – an advantage.
    • Proven ability to work effectively with and across all levels of business contacts within large and complex organizations.
    • Ability to multi task while maintaining attention to detail and due dates.
    • Persistent, self-motivated, self-learning skills, independent who is also a team player, knows how to successfully take project from A to Z.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Very high level of English and Hebrew.
    • Knowledge of German helpful.
    • CRM expertise – an advantage.
