PowerTerm displays host application incorrectly-TE

My host application contains several screen, and one of them is not properly displayed by PowerTerm. What can I do?
answer In correct display is typically a result of incorrect configuration. However, in case that the configuration is accurate, please contact Ericom support team and provide us with PowerTerm configuration files and PowerTerm log file for further investigation.

In order to generate PowerTerm log file, please follow the steps below:

1. Open the PowerTerm session in disconnect mode. If the session connects automatically, disconnect.

2. Press Ctrl+Shift+S (The Status Bar displays: capture.log with send with keys)

3. Connect to the host and recreate the problem.

4. As soon as the problem has been identified, press Ctrl+Shift+S (The Status Bar displays: capture file end)

5. Press Ctrl+Shift+M (The relevant log files will be attached to a new email message automatically)
