Your Serial Number can be found on your:

  • License Agreement
  • Email receipt
  • PowerTerm CD sleeve

Where can I find the Key to Send to Ericom?

The Key to Send to Ericom can be found on the Ericom Access Server Configuration dialog.

1.  Start> All programs> Ericom Software > Ericom Access Server > Ericom Access Server Configuration.

2.  From the Ericom Access Server Configuration screen, select the Licensing tab, and then select the Activation tab.

How to Activate Ericom Blaze?

1.  Obtain "Key received from Ericom" by submitting the relevant details on "Ericom Activation Center" online.
2.  Open "Activation" tab in Ericom Access Server Configuration window.
3.  Type the product Serial Number 1 and the "key received from Ericom" in the appropriate fields, and then click 'Activate License' button.
4.  Restart License Manager service and Ericom Access Server service.

How do I find the Version Number of my Ericom Blaze product?

1.  Open your Ericom software and go to: Start> All programs> Ericom Software > Ericom Access Server > Ericom Access Server Configuration.
2.  Click the 'About' button at the bottom of the screen.

What is the duration of the typical Demo/Evaluation Extension period?

The typical evaluation period for Ericom Blaze is 30 days. If you wish to extend the evaluation time on your demo / evaluation copy of Ericom Blaze, you may contact any Ericom office directly.
