WebConnect users fail to log on to the WebConnect Server. The error message says:  Login Rejected  Failure calling `ADS_GET_OBJECT:IID_IADsUser`
  
answer The error message means that the Active Directory cannot be reached by the WebConnect Server, as a result of network problems. When the error message pops up, we recommend:

1) Make sure that the Domain Controller specified in "Directory Services" (WebConnect Administration Tool: Server -> Directory Services -> Properties) is up and running.
 
2) Make sure that the connection between the Domain Controller specified in "Directory Services" (WebConnect Administration Tool: Server -> Directory Services -> Properties) and the WebConnect Server is possible.

 In addition, we would recommend replacing the Domain Controller name specified in "Directory Services" with the Domain name. This way, in case that you have multiple domains environment, problems in one Domain Controller will not cause WebConnect login problems.
