Installation of ESET Smart Security or ESET NOD32 Antivirus on WebConnect Server causes bad performance. How do I fix this? 

 When ESET Smart Security or ESET NOD32 Antivirus is installed on a WebConnect Server, the WebConnect Server is added to the list of web browsers in ESET Smart Security/ESET NOD32 Antivirus. This can disrupt communication between the WebConnact Server and the Web access (HTTP) scanning component of the antivirus. To resolve this issue, follow the steps below on the WebConnect Server:

 1.      Open the main program window by clicking the ESET icon  next to the system clock or by clicking Start → All Programs → ESET → ESET Smart Security or ESET NOD32 Antivirus.

2.      Press the F5 key to display the Advanced Setup window.

3.      From the Advanced Setup tree, click Antivirus and antispyware → Web access protection → HTTP → Web browsers.

4.       Click the check box next to the three items below until you see a red `X`. Click OK to save changes.

a.       C:\Program Files\Ericom Software\WebConnect5.6\DeskviewServer\DeskViewServer.exe.

b.      C:\Program Files\Ericom Software\WebConnect5.6\DeskviewServer\RunServer.exe

c.       C:\Program Files\Ericom Software\WebConnect5.6\DeskviewServer\VDISystrayicon.exe
