After entering login information for the HostView page a message appears “No Privileges to run HostView”. How can I set these Privileges?
  
answer To solve this issue, please follow the steps below:

1) Run WEbConnect Administration Tool.
2) Click on the Server menu -> Configuration 
3) Set the value of the following environment variables to 1:
USE_CLIENT_HostView
USE_CLIENT_Java
USE_CLIENT_WebView

In case that these variables do not appear on the environment variables list, use the "New Variable" button in order to create them, and set their values to: 1.
