How do I get technical assistance?

Email SUPPORTUSA@ERICOM.COM and provide the following information:

  • Which version of Ericom Blaze are you using (i.e., 3.0)?
  • What type of system/operating system are you connecting to (host)? (Windows server, XP)
      • 32 or 64 bit?
      •  Is RDP enabled
  • What type of system/operating system are you connecting from (client)? (Windows server, XP)
      • 32 or 64 bit?
  • Is 3399 enabled on the host (is the firewall configured with an exception)?
  • What error messages are being displayed?
      • On client?
      • On host/server?
  • What type of applications are you using with Blaze?  Graphical, text, or both?
  • Provide a screenshot of the application and error
  • How many people/machines/hosts are having this problem (1, all, etc)?
